Hotel San Luca is cosy, quiet and discreet, set in the very heart of historic Spoleto. It was founded in 1995, through the restoration of a nineteenth-century tannery. The renovation has been so extensive that much of what you see today is of new construction, but the ambience is old-world.
The hotel has 35 spacious, pastel-colored, completely soundproofed rooms, all attractive and well equipped with excellent lighting, and large, exceptionally modern bathrooms in Carrara marble. |

From Rome airport:
Go towards the G.R.A. (grande raccordo anulare), cover some km following the direction A-1 for Florence.
Enter in A-1 and after approximately 30 min exit to Orte.
Go towards Terni and Spoleto (about 50 km).
Total time employed: about 2 hours.
From Florence:
Go towards A-1, enter in Rome direction.
Follow A-1 for about 30 minutes.
Exit to Valdichiana and follow the SS75 towards Ponte San Giovanni
and Foligno.
At Foligno follow the SS3 Flaminia until Spoleto.
Total time employed: about 2 hours.
