| Constructed on the site of an ancient mill, the Hotel Molino Rosso is renowned for its exceptionally warm hospitality and superb facilities. Our experience as a first class hotel began some 25 years ago, in which time we have developed an enviable reputation for quality and efficiency. Our 120 comfortable and spacious bedrooms combined with our high levels of efficient service enable our guests to feel right at home when with us. Situated within extensive gardens, boasting an impressive array of sports facilities, and being a mere stones throw from Imola’s famous “Dino and Enzo Ferrari motor racing circuit” makes the Molino Rosso Hotel the ideal destination. With our superb in-house business and leisure facilities, we are a popular choice for the business traveller, conferences and meetings, sports teams and of course for passing tourist visiting our immensely diverse region. Our 120 bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished, offering our guests both comfort and style. They are of course equipped with all the facilities that the modern day visitor demands, including: colour satellite television, mini bar, telephone and air conditioning. The elegant en-suite bathrooms, which are light, airy and roomy provide additional levels of comfort.
Our self-contained bedrooms or “residences” as we call them, are set in the grounds of the hotel. They mirror those bedrooms within the actual hotel in every way, but with the extra benefit of an individual integral garage. Our “residences” provide an additional level of privacy and exclusivity, and are proving especially popular for our guests enjoying a driving tour of the region or perhaps travelling with young children. Our spacious and stylish restaurant, which can accommodate upto 300 people, offers our guests the opportunity to sample some of Emilia Romagna’s most typical dishes. Our menu, printed in all European languages, is full of mouth watering delicacies which provide a stunning introduction to Italian cuisine. Adjoining the main dining area are a series of smaller “private” function rooms, all of which are ideal for our guests who wish to combine business with pleasure. Our comprehensive wine list is representative of most of the major wine producing regions of Italy and also offer an excellent international mix of wines for the connoisseur. According to our guests needs, our modern “café” changes from breakfast room, Italian snack bar, tea room or American bar. Our efficient and courteous staff are on hand to ensure that your every need is catered for and are equally happy to mix an elaborate cocktail or simply serve a real Italian espresso. Our business guests enjoy a similarly high level of quality when it comes to our in house facilities for conferences, meetings and seminars.
Our auditorium “Symposium” seats 100 people and is as you would expect equipped with the latest state of the art technology which makes any encounter a truly memorable experience. In addition we are able to offer various seminar rooms and function suites, able to seat between 10 and 64 people in comfort and style. Once again the very latest audiovisual technology is available to ensure that that your meeting is a success. Our extensive range sports and leisure facilities, set within the grounds of the hotel, mean that we regularly welcome sports teams from all over Europe as our guests. We have a floodlit football pitch, Olympic and children’s swimming pool, tennis courts, beach volleyball court and a fully equipped gym which is manned by experienced fitness experts.
