By the A14 freeway, coming from North or from South use the exit of Pineto-Atri.
Take Provincial road towards Pineto, then SS16 in direction to Pescara for 1000 meters; the Hotel is on the right.
HOW TO REACH US BY TRAIN
Railway station of Pineto-Atri.
Take D'Annunzio Street for 1000 meters in Pescara direction. The Hotel is on the right.
As an alternative, from the railway station take the Bus for Pescara and get down at the second stop. The hotel is in front of the bus stop.

Accogliente la camera nella dépendance, aria condizionata funzionante, servizio di pulizia buono.
Il momento della prima colazione, potrebbe essere più curato (vi è un po' di confusione e frenesia) e prolungato l'orario fino alle 10:00... siamo in ferie! Nell'insieme comunque, giudizio positivo; ci ritornerei.

A very clean and friendly hotel. The rooms are small but very compact with all amenities. Nice sandy beach across the road - reached by underpass. A busy Railway Line runs alongside the road. A pleasant 1/2hr. walk into Pineto along the beach or through the Pine trees. Plenty of amusements for children to make the walk bearable for them !

Great value hotel - nicely located, clean and very adequately appointed rooms. Most noticable was the friendliness of owners/family, who persevered with their English as we did with some Italian. Very good humoured and friendly, no hesitation in recommending.

A lovely place to stay, in or out of season. We used it for a stopover, but would be happy to stay for longer next time.
