| En el lugar mas panoramico de Sorrento hay un oasis de tranquilidad y paz para todos los que desean disfrutar de un pequeno angulo de paraiso. La Tonnarella, nacio' como villa residencial de verano por la familia Gargiulo, pero con el pasar de los anos se ha transformado en hotel, conservando el encantador mueblaje antiguo, las ceramicas y las arquitecturas tipicas en un escenario unico al mundo. Casi todas las habitaciones disfrutan de una estupenda vista aci el golfo y la bahia de Sorrento. Algunas habitacones tienen amplias terrazas o balcones, otras tienen jacuzzi y una decoracion en estilo antiguo. |

Cómo llegar à Sorrento
En tren:
De la estación de Roma Termini tomar un tren con destino a Nápoles (Napoli Centrale o Napoli Piazza Garibaldi); llegado a Nápoles en la misma estación tomar un tren con destino a Sorrento, con la línea “CIRCUMVESUVIANA” (1 hora de viaje).
Por vía mar
Del malecón Beverello de Piazza Municipio en Nápoles tomar un hidroplano con destino a Sorrento.
En Coche
De Roma tomar el autopista A1 con dirección Nápoles y después, superadas las estaciónes de peaje de Nápoles seguir la dirección Penisola Sorrentina del autopista Salerno/Reggio Calabria. Salir del autopista a Castellammare di Stabia y seguir las direcciónes para Sorrento.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel La Tonnarella. The location is spectacular and the updated rooms are nicely appointed and very comfortable.

Very nice hotel with wonderful views of the Bay of Naples. Nicely situated to Sorrento, with a quiet environment. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

LaTonnarella made our stay in Sorrento a delight. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was great, and the view of the sea from our lovely balcony was addictive. The free parking is a real plus. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel offers very nice views, if you get a good room. The location is excellent, as is the restaurant, but the service by the hotel staff is barely adequate.

What a fantastic hotel. The views from the terrace (room 3) must be the best in Sorrento. All the big hotels look out onto the rooftops (and carparks) of Sorrento, because of its unique position on a rocky outcrop, La Tonnarella looks onto Sorrento from the sea thus you have marvellous view of the marinas (yes both of them) and the 'beach'.
The food and service in the restaurant were excellent. The room (no. 3) was clean, bright and very comfortable.
Forget the star rating, this is the perfect hotel for a visit to Sorrento.

The hotel was very nice, however the walls between rooms were very thin and you could hear the noises in the next room very clearly. Not very nice if you wanted to get a good night's sleep !
