| Hotel CALABONA (4 star) is situated on the south coast of Alghero, in a beautiful sandy rocky cove. It lies 800m from the well known historical town of Alghero(Sardinia), reachable on foot along the sea promonade or by public service. The Hotel offers spacious public airy rooms, a qualified restaurant, a comfortable lounge bar overlooking the swimming-pool with occasional entertainment, air-conditioned congress hall, meeting rooms and a wide parking lot also for coaches. Bathing facilities, two swimming-pools, one child pool and one adult pool with spas, private beach, and solarium equiped with deck chairs and beach ombrellas free of charge,. The rooms are fully furnished with private services, hairdryer, balcony, direct telephone line, minibar service, air-conditioning and colour TV with satellite antenna. |

Whilst one spends little time in the bedroom during the hot summer months, some improvement in decor is suggested. Location was excellent, an easy stroll to Alghero along the coast dotted with bars, restaurants and the inevitable stalls. |
