| The elegant Villa, first built in the early 1950s and now completely renovated, is situated in a peaceful and exclusive area right in front of the sea, separated from this only by a small, picturesque, tree lined country road.
It has a limited number of rooms (one of which has no architectural barriers and has been specially designed for the handicapped), all furnished with total elegance and equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, fridge-bar, satellite tv, shower with hydro-massage, safe, hair dryer and electronically operated window blinds.
Visitors can also relax in the elegant lounge equipped with a bar, and where breakfast is served, as well as a magnificent sun terrace, with deck chairs and shower.
From the terrace one can sip an aperitif and at the same time drink in the enchanting sunsets of this unique panorama offered by the Cinque Terre.

Posicionado en el paseo marítimo de la playa de Fegina, el edificio dista pocos metros de la Estación de Ferrocarril de Monterosso. El casco antiguo se alcanza fácilmente andando en pocos minutos. Un pequeño jardín a disposición de los huéspedes rodea el edificio, cuyo aspecto exterior es agradable y muy cuidado. Los interiores comunes, muy bien decorados, no son amplios pero suficientes para la capacidad receptiva. Todas las habitaciones son confortables y cuidadas en los detalles. Los baños ofrecen buena disfrutabilidad y acabados exquisitos, aunque no siempre resultan espaciosos. La estructura receptiva no posee aparcamiento privado, pero tiene cerca un amplio aparcamiento público de pago.
