We are situated at the beginning of Chianti area, not far from the cities of Firenze, Siena and Arezzo. |

| The elegant Renaissance village Villa is characterised
by the classical and essential geometry of the facade with windows and columns.
It is an example of XVIII Manor house architecture.
It has been turned into a hotel with 2 suites and 18 rooms (of which 2 are equipped for disabled customers). Some of the rooms are located inside the Manor house and others adjacent to it.
The furniture and decor of the rooms has been tastefully chosen to recreate a 19th Century atmosphere.
All the rooms have telephone, TV, Air conditioning and central heating as well as their own en-suite bathrooms with either shower or bath. 2 of the rooms have a Jacuzzi bath.
The view from the bedroom windows is that of the enchanting Chianti countryside through olives, wines and lawns.
The Manor house is on 2 floors, each has its own spacious lounge air on the centre landing. One of the 2 suites is located in the tower on an indipendent 3rd floor. |

A1 Florence- Rome motrway Valdarno exit. After exiting at Valdarno, turn right following the direction for Montevarchi. At the roundabout take the 408 road towards CAVRIGLIA. After about 6 Km turn left for Montegonzi. Continue for about 3,5 Km untill you reach the sign for Borgo di Fontebussi. |
